Guest BigBearMDC
I've read bigbear saying that it's quite hard to do, since there are checksums in the file. Don't know what exactly is required to get checksums matched again. Exactly. I don't know either how to regenerate them... /off BTW anyone that wants to test this? As usual : Make a NAND Backup etc. etc. bla bla bla... Sidenote: don't even download it if you don't know how to flash a raw boot image... Edit: don't expect it to be working at all, I'm just interested in if this shows the "Android" logo or directly reboots after the T-Mobile screen. Let me know  /on Edited May 25, 2010 by BigBearMDC

Guest gusthy
i`m porting drivers, there is a lot of huawei drivers, such u8220backlight.c and so on,,, What is strange, according to 2.1 rom's kernel config (/proc/config.gz), they changed some drivers from 8220xxx to huaweixxx. Maybe, they have universal battery, keyboard etc. divers?
Guest Simon O
Hmm, well I've tried to put it as straight down as possible. I'll go get a spirit-level to see if my floor is perhaps tilting a bit :( Edit: Well it seems it doesn't matter at wich angle I put it down, I tried to put it down with something under the left side of the phone. The left edge of the phone is now about 1 cm higher up than the right side. Still though while laying it down, it goes into landscap-mode  Edit 2: Haven't given much thought to this before, since it thought it was a bug that everyone had with 2.1. But it seems it only does this if I don't hold it in my hand, if I hold my hand so that the phone is on it's back pretty straight, it doesn't change into landscape-mode. And the same issue happens to me with 2.1 :D it's weird
Guest Rizzly
And the same issue happens to me with 2.1  it's weird It's "good" to know that someone more than me has that problem, hopefully it means my device (and yours) isn't broken :D. Wich rom are you using?
