Guest snowy2 Posted March 2, 2010 Report Share Posted March 2, 2010 I have a rooted G2 using modoco's rom and the phone will ....about once a week or so "crash" where the screen will go black and not respond to any button presses and the only solution seems to be a battery removal and a reboot, anyone else have the same problem? would the latest release rom be a good upgrade or is the problem not uncommon to android phones in general? Try flashing the phone with the stock ROM and see if it still happens, if it does then you may have a defective phone. Flash it with the ROM it came with and send it for repair.
