[Solved] pagepool and PC Studio/Kies

Hi all,

anyone know why reducing the size of pagepool, PCStudio and Kies lock the phone during synchronization, forcing a soft reset??

Hey Jacky, I think it is a new builds bug from pagepool changing, cause with 6.5 classic (pagepool 8MB) KIES sees normally the device.

solved by using Executor 2.8 by Pako777

Does it worth changing pagepool to 8MB?

I mean with 144MB should be better to leave it 16 in order to be faster?

Anyway, Did you feel any benefit apart from psychological feeling of just having more RAM?

how did you do it? i have the same problem running the CG lite JB3 ROM. Please explain the process

solved by using Executor 2.8 by Pako777

The problem with building using romTool, were the settings in ExtReloc while reallocating modules. Read post #303 on romTool thread if you are cooking your own roms.
