Issues Flashing

Hi everyone thanks for making these awesome roms for the i920 however I am having some issues. I have read the write up on flashing but still cant get it. I have the .nbo file downloaded, the samsung driver program downloaded, and OCTANS downloader and the lite version. When I open the program I can get the .nbo part down but how or where do I acquire the .csc? any help would be appreciated.
