Omnia 2 Battery / Body gets warm while charging????

Hi

Did anyone noticed this?, Omnia's battery gets tooo Hot while charging, is it normal or a defect in it?, After searching some forums i found that, lot of people have the same opinion. So where is the problem?, poor product quality or the heavy hardware of Omnia causing it?

If it is the battery Samsung must wake up before something big happens. - let us know your opinions guys...

I find the charging temperature is pretty normal. How hot do you mean? My O2 will get hot during charging, but not to the extend like when you touch it, your hand cannot withstand the temperature.

Its not too hot that you canot touch, but its little hot as you will notice that something wrong. Im thinking that, I have HR my phone several times after messing up with it <_< this could be a cause???

I don't think that's a problem, unless your device has something wrong and its temperature reaches unthinkable degrees...

My previous device, samsung Omnia I, got hot while charging almost to the point that I could have comfortably cooked eggs on it... but it never failed me.

Only times when it got REALLY too hot were if I tried to use it in the car with no air conditioning system, under an august burning sun, charging it and using gps at the same time... and even then it did not malfunction, it simply switched off charging when it got too hot (internal safety system)... and that one was a samsung phone too.

The above said, I think if you are able to touch it without needing the whole Dr. House Medical Division staff to cure your burnt hand after it... then it's ok <_<
