Titainium Modification Help!

Hello all. I am currently trying to get my Titanium to display so that nothing gets cut off. everything is about 10-20 pixals higher when i want. When i slect my final panel its the worse, it pushes my top panel slightly off the screen. I dont want it to get cut off as there is approx 10+ pixels below Applancher(final panel) that is just black.

how do i adjust this down?

the zip contains my cpr as it wont let me just add it .

ok so i fixed it myself. just used Chome Visual Editor

then changed homenav

height to 690

worked good
