Is there no tool for theme creation?

I know there is one from Microsoft phone, but it doesn't do anything except changing a few colors. I mean is there no tool to edit like, everything with preview?

I can imagine doing everything in Wordpad, but it'll be a pain to edit the colors from a super string of binary values. and having to put them into your phone and soft reset all the time.

You need Photoshop and WinCE to create the cab afterwords. What I do is use WinCE to extract a theme that you like to use as a base then in Photoshop cut n paste in your new graphics and change whatever colors you like and put it back together as a cab in WinCE.

graphics is one thing, but there are colors you can change that are just colors right? like text color.

colors in wm6.5 are a pain in the xxx
