Hi Please be more specific on the matter, cant understand what is the minibar you mentioned, i assume that, is a task-bar???.

Now let us know, Where do you want the clock to be displayed? On the wall aper or the Task-bar? Try to get a screen-shot of your phone and post it here and mark what do you want actually.
