How can I set the base language in a custum rom?

I'm creating a rom for myself, but I don't know how to set the base language of the rom. I searched through the forum, but nobody talks about it. I tried to set the MUI to my language (40e - hungarian), but the start menu is empty, the other things are hungarian. Someone, please tell me, how to set the language to work properly. Thanks!

i think the way to do that is flash to a official ROM and chose the lang u prefer then use Sorg's method to dump the ROM. then cook it the way u want. just my 2 cents and i am NOT a cook,lol.

Pleaes try to modify the item "CurLANG" to your desired language code under HKCU branch. I remember I did it after falshing and it's effected.
