Guest jlgmax Posted March 8, 2010 Report Share Posted March 8, 2010 I thought Id try "Better Keyboard" and have to say in terms of key responsiveness it is much quicker than the HTC Hero keyboard which Ive been using for months. However, it seems to select some very strange default words which I cant understand the logic behind, so Im assuming I must have something set up incorrectly somewhere ! I have the language set to English and T9 keyboard enabled, however for example when I single press the "abc" key mid sentence then press space, it inserts a "b" as default ?! Similarly, if I single press the "ghi" key mid sentence it inserts an "h" ?! Surely this cant be correct !! Another example is when I press the keys to type out the word "one" it suggests "mod" as the default entry, with options along the bar for "nod" and "mode", but the word "one" doesnt appear anywhere ! Have I got something set up incorrectly perhaps ? Or is it the case that "Better Keyboard" not really "Better" at all ?!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
