after running clean ram level 3

after running "clean ram v 1.9.9 " level 3 i cant launch the windows startmenu and i cant launch any of my programs that is have attached to buttoms. and when i press the lock buttom it locks the device but when i lock it up the lock screen doesnt come up.

any reason why?

hv u try install to main memmory? not to storage card or my storage.. this work for me!
