can someone cook a ulite rom based on the new jc1

in this thread a rom with the latest files has been uploaded incorporating things such as that new fast menu and a new media player, the screen is also more responsive and theres new skins etc. is someone able to do a ulite rom based on this ? with like 5mb pagepool. things are looking up on samsungs software engeneering side.
