WM6.5.3 Bottom Bar on Stock Omnia 2 ROM

Hi.

On my previous HTC Touch Diamond, I had wm6.5.3, and I really liked the bottom bar that came with it (The one with the start button, close, etc). Is there any way possible to get this bar on the stock Omnia 2 Rom?

If there isn't, what are your recommendations for the best 6.5.3 ROM for the omnia 2 (if one exists, i havnt seen much about them).
