Audiojack problem

I recently came upon a problem with my 3.5 nest, seems to me that i inserted some kind of unacceptible jack, seems like a pin inside the nest became bent, to solve the problem i sometimes have to connect any jack with great caution and cant insert it fully, and often have to find the right angle.

can anybody suggest me what i should do ?? or maybe give a ling to how the nest is constructed ??
