add a new site into communities

hello everybody

please can someone of you tell me how to add a new site to communities? i deleted all sites few days ago and now a'd like to upload some photos on my facebook account, but i connot find a way to add fb in favourites. i try to up to date the sites but no way

please help me, thanks a lot
