I say it's more of the processor and ram problem

think the guy tested and created ThrottleLauncher on the HD2

how come there isn't much chat about this? it looks fantastic and should run great on our i8000, considering it looks smooth on the i900 and original touch diamond. check out the vid, it shows it running on the HD2 at first and then demo's about 5 other devices!

i dont think OpenGL mode works well on our devices due to Samsungs crappy drivers. but i hear its very light on RAM, so should work ok in GDI mode?? well im off to try =)

it's a bit laggy on OMNIA 900... but considering OII has twice better hw, it's odd if it laggy...

any solution?

Try 1.1.4! Very fast! Gonna replace Touchflo 3d 2.0 that I was using.... Animated wallpapers look awesome. Look forward to others developing them. The weather isn't as fast as tf3d but it works...

Throttle launcher is much faster but that wp7 theme is slow, its a shame because it seems really good.

Are you sure it was this version that you tried? I've been running it for 2 days and no significant battery drain. Battery seems to be lasting the same amount of time even before using this interface......

I'm quite liking Throttlelauncher. Installed OpenGL drivers and installed 1.1.4. Even with the animated desktop the O2 still runs quite smoothly.

Took a bit of changing the widget.xml files for some widgets as I wanted them to refer to some of the samsung programs but it will now be used for my today screen.

Only thing I'm waiting on is a widget that shows multiple upcoming appointments rather than just 1.

Anyone know if you lose your layout and widget settings if you update to the new public released version 1.1.6??? Yeh this is probably a Throttlelauncher forum question.

you have to renew the liscence every 3 months.. its totally free.. the author implemented this to prevent other ppl from copying it..

And it had been quite stable for me. It restarted itself once but I have been playing round with it a fair amount.

I find it much better for widgets and for customising than both the Samsung today screen and widgetplus.

Just hope the widgets keep coming!!!!
