strange symbols in messages sent

Do you know why in sent items i see these symbols?? in inbox folder symbols doesn't appear, only in sent items. My rom is WM6.5.5 build 23549 based on JC1

I got the same on my JB3. Think the rom might be based on a chinese one...?

I found a workaround to this problem by disabling the message preview
