This is method i have used:

Download This files :

e2fsck: http://www.mediafire.com/?tzwwjyz2t2r

04apps2sd: http://www.mediafire.com/?mjjntmtmjmj

And with adb tool :

adb remount

adb push 04apps2sd /system/etc/init.d/

adb push e2fsck /system/xbin

adb shell

chmod 755 /system/xbin/e2fsck

chmod 755 /system/etc/init.d/04apps2sd

mkdir /system/sd

This work perfect for me.

Ps: sorry for my English.

yep, download files, put them in your sdk/tool directory, make the trick and reboot

you have to repeat this operation whenever you flash your n1

work for me with cyano and all modaco desire alpha i have tried

It isn't correct, you should've /sytem/xbin/e2fsck

I know manny500. The problem is "why?". :)

after adb remount command :

check the /system/etc/init.d/ directory, you should have 04apps2sd file, if not, copy it (check if no error occured when you copy)

same thing for the e2fsck file in /system/xbin file

if you have error, make sure you can write in the system folder

i'm from france

ps : read this post if you have other problem

i think you'll be able to find some answers :
