I was missing nextheme theme so I ported it to 2.000.16 CUS and GEN, and I want to share it with you. Do a Nandroid backup before applying this theme As for previous themes, you'll need root, busybox and metamorph correctly installed (you'll find a lot of threads in this forum on how to do that). Then just donwload NexTHEME01-2.000.16.rar, unrar it on your desktop, and copy NexThemeLiquid0.1.zip into your liquid /sdcard/androidthemes folder, and apply the theme with metamorph. To change the status bar text color to white: For 2.000.16 GEN: copy whitegen.zip theme from 200016GEN folder into /sdcard/androidthemes, apply it with metamorph, execute install.bat from 200016GEN folder. For 2.000.16 CUS: copy whitecus.zip theme from 200016CUS folder into /sdcard/androidthemes, apply it with metamorph, execute install.bat from 200016CUS folder. Inside APKNT.rar, you can find the APKs to install themed geniewidget, acer globalweather, and black colored htcime. Downloads: NexTHEMELiquid0.1 APKs Wish you like it. Only one little problem even after installing white text patch, the debug USB mode text is black, while every other texts are white. EDIT 2: Preparing SD Card text is also black, but it is nothing, everything else is great wonder why you called it 0.1... EDIT 3: Okay hopefully this is the last edit, understood that the text on the top is sometimes black, sometimes white, it's random, except the date and hour, which stays white. Boot your phone into recovery mode, and wipe dalvik-cache. 2nd. Reboot your system and apply the theme again in Metamorph. 3rd. You may replace the image when metamorph showing a pop-up window. Guest nferro Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 (edited) I added the Acer bookmarks widget and now Launcher is always Force Quiting. Anyone knows how I can fix this?
