Omnia wan`t charge

Hello this is my first post.

Two days ago i get my omnia 2. Last night i wanted to charge the battery. The phone was off and the charging symbol was on the screen. In the morning the battery was only 47% charged and phone didnt react on wall charger and PC conecting. Phone is ok everything works fine but i can`t charge and conect to PC.

Please help.

turn it off, take out battery and see if it back to normal. If not hard reset.

I`ve done hard reset it`s still the same. I`ve checked the battery with multimeter, it has 3.7 V. In battery check mode *#9911# :

Voltage: 3.725V

SOC: 21.80%

Percentage 41%

BatteryIcon: 3

Temperature ADC: 282

Battery Type 1440mA

There is a SOC reset button but i don`t know what for?

If it's only 2 days old take it back as it should be warrantied.

I didn`t buy it from shop i`ve buy it from other user but it was new. Purchased 24.02.
