Guest cythe Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 I installed SRS Wow on my Omnia II GT8000. It didn't work. After uninstalling it, there is no sound from the phone. Can anyone help? I just need the old registry values for [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ WaveDev] Thanks for your help.
Guest tothezenith Posted May 28, 2010 Report Posted May 28, 2010 Yeah I got the exact same situation, any resolution other than hard reset? (which I want to avoid after doing it three times this week for different issues)

Guest Japazo Posted August 3, 2010 Report Posted August 3, 2010 Best of luck to anyone who has developed this problem. To the best of my knowledge there is no SRS WOW HD for the i920 omnia 2. Only the i8000. I searched for help on this issue for about a week before flashing to the DC23 update. I found absolutely no way to fix the problem. My suggestion...use a program auto-installer and reset your phone again. Again, good luck!
Guest supercommando69 Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 I installed SRS Wow on my Omnia II GT8000. It didn't work. After uninstalling it, there is no sound from the phone. Can anyone help? I just need the old registry values for [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ WaveDev] Thanks for your help. if you uninstalled the SRS WOW HD player, and now you have no sound... go to registry to the key the other guy mentioned: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ WaveDev] And changed the first value in there (Dll) to Wavedev.dll I believe it was still SRSsound.dll or something like that ..after i changed it, now i got my sound back on Windows Mobile 6.5 (HTC Touch) Hey, anyone know of a GREAT windows media player other than windows media. It's not lound enough, you can't control bass etc... i know with SRS you can, and that would be great if it worked, or didn't freeze the phone I tried version 1.3 and 1.5... any ideas, i'd appreciate it. Thanks KC
