Problem connecting to New PC Suite (NPS)

I have a i7500 with 1.6 (i7500_XXJB6) and recovery 0.42

The problem I have is that the NEW PC SUITE, I detect the phone, and memory chips, let m not access them (mounted from the recovery if I go into the reports, both internal and SD).

What am I doing wrong?

The phone detects my Windows XP OK, all the driver are ok, the problem is with the application that will not let me access the memory, like Windows Explorer, I get the icons of the units, but when I, I insert into memory card says "X" as if detected as a reader.

El problema que tengo es que el NEW PC SUITE,no me detecta el movil,y las memorias de almacenamiento, no m deja acceder a ellas (montandolas desde el recovery si puedo entrar en las memorias,tanto la interna como la SD).

Que estoy haciendo mal ?

El telefono me lo detecta windows XP OK,estan todos los driver ok, el problema es con la aplicacion que no me deja acceder a las memorias,al igual que el explorador de windows, me salen los iconos de las unidades pero cuando pulso,me dice introduzca tarjeta en memoria "X" , como si los detectara como LECTORES.
