Guest Szityu Posted March 28, 2010 Report Posted March 28, 2010 I`m looking for a way to make shoots let`s say every 10 seconds. I need for that a way to trigger the shooting: 1) simulate hardware keypress of camera button (I have not found any app capable on this) 2) execute a command line which also makes the shot (I can just launch currently the app), or when the camera app. is running trigger the shooting I`ve found that 2) was possible before with WM6 by passing an Enter. With 6.5 this is not working, it triggers an application close. I`ve opened the virtual keyboard and tried all the keys, some seemed to freeze the picture , but no shot was taken. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Guest dwallersv Posted March 29, 2010 Report Posted March 29, 2010 Mortscript can send key and button presses. It may be possible this way. I'll take a look when I have a some time.

The problem however is that the camera button is not a mappable button, and I don't think there is a way to simulate the camera button.
Guest Szityu Posted March 30, 2010 Report Posted March 30, 2010 (edited) This is all what I`ve also found. The button has even 2 states. Tried it with SKSchema, xBar3 for whick there is a keycode.exe to identify the hard button codes. It`s also not possible to take the picture with a tap. Could any other camera application work?
