I like the Samsung Dialer and never disable it, not to mention that Video Calls are not possible without it :P I never doubted your intentions dude.... Mine, with its screen off (sleep / stand by mode) and with no applications running only rings with the THIRD signal! So my phone is still sleeping although it should have been ringing for some 8 seconds. Same here. It takes 8 seconds (4 rings) for my phone to wake up and make its first ring.
