ROM with minimal Samsung stuff?

I've corrupted my device, so:

Looking for a ROM with:

Minimal Sausung apps, just the usual Microsoft ones

Minimal Samsung config screens, just the usual Microsoft ones

Minimal Samsung UI changes, just the regular Microsoft UI

Last ROM I tried I had to extensively hack as per the "Tweaks" guide here. And Samsung control panels and option screens still get in the way.

Any recommendation? I've looked through the ROMs but I don't know the lingo so understanding ROM specs is hard. Does "clean" mean clean of Samsung stuff? The descriptions give lists saying "samsung x,y,z removed" but I can't tell if that's everything.

you are looking for a ultra lite rom.

KSTAN JB1 WM 6.5.5 Ultra lite rom, the 17.mars rom

I tried one of these ROMs and there wasn't much improvement.

While some Samsung applications are missing, the Samsung modifications to the OS are still there. And those are the things that are problematic.

Looks like no-one can give us a pristine Windows Mobile.

maybe you can try to build one for yourself.

just use wes58's romtool, dump the rom. then remove OEM\OEMApps and OEM\OEM_Lang_xxxx folder, then build the rom.

I think this will remove all Samsung application, just get a rom with MS' stuff.

have tried the others but always keep coming back to this one. it's as close to plain vanilla 6.5 as you can get

Just windows mobile 6.1. Don't have any samsung apps. (No camera, voice recorder, samsung settings... nothing.)

120mb ram free, and 390 on system storage.
