I 've flashed three ROMs today including Vachounay 0.8, Xian v0.6b and LCR1.5

it's really curious a rom based on .8 can run as fast as .14bf :-)

Very good to see you back! 0.6c was the best rom for me. I hope the new version is also good.

Xian, can you please include "Acer Settings" in next version? It has feature called "Data conn. scheduler" which is quite useful IMO. Maybe there's other app for this too, I'm not sure.

- Done by ME, nothing "borrowed" from other ROMs except for superboot img. ALL OPTIMIZATIONS DONE BY ME. @Note to haters.:)

I haven't your or Malez technical knowledge, but enough to extract the ramdisk from a boot.img, or dig into a system partition to find some cooked optimization scripts. Did the exercise for LCR and Xian roms - no comment ;)

I'm flashing a first try, right now... hoping what I did worked. :) If so, then it will become Xian v1, if not, I'll be releasing v0.7a soon.

Update : Still some work. Releasing v0.7a. ;) More testing then release. Lots of goodies in this one. Check OP.

Version v0.7a has some bits and pieces of the latest stable Cyanogen ROM for the Nexus one... :) I'm trying to get the full ROM working (apps, binaries), but as you know... android kernels are picky... so it's hit and miss.

Enjoy the ROM! Tell me what you think, and suggestions for the next version.

xian, why an odex rom? like this themes doesn't work

I've always included an odex script in my ROMs... But this time, I odexed, zipaligned, then optipnged all the apks. It's 10x faster. To tell you the truth, I don't have the originals... >_>.

I prefer speed over candy anyways... I could easily put an add-on up with unodexed apps, but for that, I would need someone to kindly send me a /system/app dump. :)

i usually odex rom after apply my favorite theme ^^

(infact in my custom rom i add like in most of custom rom, gscriptlite, with script for odex apks)

i'm uploading system/app of 1.100.05 ^^
