Can it update with the ROM 1.100.09 ( When I sent the Liquid back to acer to fix the speaker's problem, Acer flash the ROM with the version: 1.100.09 ), I want to update with your rom, can it?

I wouldn't take the risk (although you will be able to recover the phone though, dw), just flash 1.100.05 and you will be fine.

Yes that's pretty much what Xian did, exept that he's going to reupload the full rom.

I suppose he's busy again.

Alright, I've been running 0.7f for a while now, and have some suggestions.

First of all, the browser. It would be nice if you could remove those bookmarks as they take ages to remove :)

Then the vibration. Froyo has got a much more gentle rumble when using the keyboard, this one is much more agressive and quite loud as well. It's like the little motor runs faster on Eclair. It would be great if you could modify that, because it makes the liquid feel kinda cheap.

That's pretty much it, so far it's the smoothest rom I've tried, the response time is awesome. If you have some spare time, could you please upload a 998 or 1036MHz kernel (at 1.25V)?

Also, how far low do you think the voltage will go at 786MHz? Undervolting has always had a nice impact on CPU temperatures on my desktop, so I assume it could save some power on the Liquids as well?

EDIT1: Really have to teach myself how to compile the linux kernel, getting pretty annoying to have to ask for everything. I think I still have Ubuntu 8.10 on an external harddrive somewhere :D.

EDIT2: No indication of the battery life yet, I've been playing around way too much :P.

2) If i flash this ROM, i loose what? I.E. sms, apps...

1) No idea, don't have enough to try out, but I think you can trust Xian when he says it's fixed.

2) You will lose pretty much everything, it's like doing a factory reset really. There are a couple of backup applications that you can use. I think Titanium Backup is the most commonly used here.

simply standard battery consumption, no abnormal drains no miracles. is the same as all the other rom with 920mhz kernel :)

edit: consumption in standby is better than lcr 1.6, 3% in 1h with data, 3g and syncro on

Alright, battery consumption is actually quite good, in 10 hours it went down 38 percent. (it was sitting in my pocket most of the time, wifi on but not connected)

well, yesterday I've flashed this ROM and I'm really satisfied: the SMS are blazing fast, and the oc kernel runs very smooth.

This rom is full of win.

installed it on 1.100.39 + desire theme.

seems to work well together with the new acer rom.
