If u use ext2 partition for app2sd, move apps back to device using malez recovery. Copy files from old SD to your PC, than copy them back on new SD. But... only one issue, I've installed the bais theme (http://android.modaco.com/content/acer-liquid-liquid-modaco-com/307670/theme-nextheme-desire-lil-mix/), and, after that...
