Problem still persists... This time after booting after restore data setting with mybackup pro... lets see how it going to do... I've battery level installed and proxoid sometimes... (that it put his icon on notification bar on left side...) So, I can't fix it ? :D Damn acer, Please release soon the official one, without all these bugs...
