I just bought my Samsung Omnia 2 white recently... and now i am searching for GPS software for my phone... can anyone help?? i am from Malaysia.

Usually malaysian uses Garmin Mobile XT v5.20 with maps from malsingmaps. Which the same Garmin being used by most malaysian in their car.

IGO8 is pretty useless since we dont have 3D building for malaysian cities yet.

Yep, been using Garmin Mobile XT on my Omnia2 for my trips to Johor and Singapore too. Works like a charm and also free map updates. Have tested Papago and also the default Aegis too. Still prefer GarminXT for ease of use.

I'm a Malaysian and I'm using Garmin XT too.

Not sure if Mapking works but it isn't finger-friendly. So I gave up on it.

You might want to try this custom map.

It's perfect for my Omnia 2, especially that was only 20$ during a last year promotion.

Does CoPilot V8 have Malsing maps? Or just America maps?

you can use GPSTUNER 5.3 software

it is very good software and good works in omnia 1 and 2

you can find this in internet( cracked or orginal)
