Guest peterx666
I want an alarm to go off 6:00pm every day so I get the standard Alarm App and set it If I set it for all 7 days nothing happens and it does not ring at all If I set it for just tomorrow it works OK It seems the repeat thing does not work Anyone else seen this? Tried other alarm apps but they need to run all the time and I keep stopping it as I clear the memory in Advance task Manager (good App) but the standard alarm stays At the moment must just do it on a day-by-day basis ...... shame tho...... Guest peterx666
Cant kill the built in alarm its always shown on the status bar at the top ...... it just does not work? :P Tried another couple of Alarms but they all get killed by "Advanced Task Manager" - unless there is some way of stopping ATM from killing them ATM is useful as it empties the RAM (Iget 48MB when empty) but is this so important as I understand the Android operating system kills apps when its short of RAM? Possibly I am being too fussy ...... based on my experience with the crap operating system in Microsoft Computers? The built in (Acer) alarm seems to still run in the task bar but nothing happens at 6:00pm Still stuck/undecided :(
Guest Quipeace
You can put applications on the ignore list, long-tap an icon and it will show a sub menu, it should be there. I've had the alarm not working once, but never seen it since...

Cant find an ignor List on "advanced task Manager" - it would be usful tho may suggest it too them? Any other way of Ignoring the alarm clocks? :P
