Can someone load the cab for those new programs found in new rom

Understand the Italy, Taiwan and Hong Kong JC1 come with some program like the wmwifiroute, dictionary etc. Can any kind soul share the cab of these program? Thanks.

Simply put, you take those programs and all their dependencies (dll,ini,dat etc and/or any other files they need) and make an install (cab) with them.
