Recovery img: RA-1.6.2 microsd: 8gb class 2 - 256mb swap, 560 ext 2 especially while on Apps selection screen, and switching between home screen. I experienced this even on newly flashed phone. It lags only when scrolling through the list of applications, but doesn't normally lag on the home screen. This is an alpha build, so it can only get better with time.
