Flash with another unlocked ROM

Hi to all,

I am new here.

I am planning to buy a Legend which only has one Language. The phone is unlocked.

Will I be able to replace that ROM with another unlocked stock ROM that has more languages?

I know that there is "more locales 2" but, what I would really like, would be to replace the ROM.
