Firmware update for the i8000L?

Does anyone know if there is an official Firmware update for the i8000L to the original I8000LUGIJ6? I seem to have a hard time finding any updates and Samsung Kies program does not even recognize my phone.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

you out of luck, stupid samsung don't give us any updates. My friends omnia i910 never got an update and we will not either. Just install many ROMS avilable here

i have an L from Guatemala and im using the eboot and pda jc1... not bad...pretty stable
