How to extract Cab?

Need expert adv to do it.

With so many gurus putting up new ROM, there are some cabs which we like but not found in different ROM cooker.

There are many request to ROM cooker for cabs of individual preference.

If someone can teach us how to extract cabs which we like, then we can extract them and put them into ROM that we flashed.
