I've seen in mobile samsung downloader is a new firmware update for I8000 is the I8000BOIL4.

has anyone tried it?, if so, it works well? some improvement over the JD1?

It's old rom. IL4 => 2009 Dec. version 4.

It's new in FUS, but not new in the world... they just upload or update it in FUS.... but it's not new rom.

thanks for the explanation, I still do not quite understand the issue as the ROM. I have the JD1 and go pretty well.
