I have successfully dumped the 19APR2010 ROM. From there I've extracted the SYS and more importantly the OEM. As the SYS has been upgraded to a more recent release of the 6.5 WinMo variant there is no need to discuss it's contents. After all the chefs will put in their own version of WinMo. The more important thing I have now is the OEM.

In case you didn't know, the OEM is the SAMSUNG stuff added to the standard WinMo. If you want to think of it like WinXP its like WinXP on a disc is the SYS folder. You can install it to a new computer but the computer won't perform well because it doesn't have all the updated drivers. This is where OEM comes into play for us WinMo users. The OEM folder is like the drivers and programs that make the computer run as efficiently (yeah I know they added vz crapware to the device) as possible.

So I'm attaching the file differences in html format.

If chefs want the OEM folder dump let me know. The folder itself is about 340MB. I can compress it down to about 160MB, but thats still pretty large to upload.

You got it, just rename or remove the old one and put the new one in it's place.

Since we don't have a virtual kitchen to work with this method is all we have.
