welcome screen problem help!!!

i lost my welcome screen at start up.. on boot, the device show animation and black screen comes till today screen will load.. i check my windows folder the "welcomehead.192.png" is there.. so i think it's about the registry setting gone.. anybody knows where the registry settings about my start up screen image?, hellp me please... thanks in advance..

i found with googling.. the registry settings are:

HKLM/software/microsoft/splash screen/carrierbitmap: /windows/welcomehead.192.png and

HKLM/software/microsoft/splash screen/msbitmap: /windows/welcomehead.192.png
