I ran Neocore without any task-manager, so there were all services and applications, including live wallpapers, running in the background :D Ah, that's pretty awesome then! That's with every thing closed, if I remember right! Just did a fresh boot(20MB RAM left, which is worse then the 2.1 rom :P, and I got 34.8, so things are looking good :P) edit2: Closing setCPU upped the FPS. Go figure.
