New to Android what do we do in terms of Skype? IPhone and winmo have full working versions... what about us what we have to use there a 3 version but it doesn't use WiFi. I need a client that uses WiFi bcos I travel a lot.

Try fring or nimbuz... afaik fring supprots even video.

That Skype client still uses a telephone connection.

Friny works like a charm. Shame we don't have a official skype tho. I really don't unerstand why there only screwing Android over.

what about google talk?

I'm sure that there will be a full skype app before long... as Android handsets get more popular, they will be forced to do it... took skype ages to jump on the iphone wagon too

failing that, I am sure someone will figure out how to port the verizon skype app...
