Screen keep turning on when is locked

My screen keep turning on when i put this values in the gain settings (even if i lock the phone, screen turn on):

Music 4p Earphone:

------------

MAX 9877

1.Speaker Volume Control - 0000

2.Left Headphone Volume Control (02h) - 11111

3.Right Headphone Volume Control (03h) - 11111

This is a problem cause these values are (for me) the best way to gain the volume of the headphones without losing quality.

Has anyone knows why this problem happen?

Can anyone try the above values and see it by itself?

I really dont know why this problem happen. Maybe is about power consumption or processor consumption (im guessing)

I already try a soft reset. It doesnt solve the problem.
