Problem with Touch Player

At completely uneven intervals, audio playback just randomly stops for me on Touch Player. To get it to start again, I just turn on the screen.... Does anyone know of this problem? Using a JD3 rom

I think I figured out the problem - by moving the phone around, it was enabling "etiquette". DUH!

That's so annoying that it happens with Touch Player... I wonder if theres a way to disable it for Touch Player only...

I can't think of a single instance where the feature would be even remotely useful, so I just disabled it. I think whoever cooked the rom had enabled it by default (oops!)
