Im lost....rooting & Desire stock rom

Is there anyway to keep stock rom and having root for wifi tethering and APP2SD mainly?

The rom is the stock one with root on.

You can use my unroot guide to get back to stock if required.

A2SD works follow the guide here.

WiFi Tether does not work at this time I don't think but the dev is working on it :huh:

You do loose your data like apps, home screen layout ect. Paid apps will be available to download again for free off the Market after root though.

You don't loose SD card data but make sure to backup first!! :P
