The rom is the stock one with root on. You can use my unroot guide to get back to stock if required. A2SD works follow the guide here. WiFi Tether does not work at this time I don't think but the dev is working on it :huh: You do loose your data like apps, home screen layout ect. Paid apps will be available to download again for free off the Market after root though.
