EDIT: cabs MU link is working for me now :P will try ROM once it is completed :D Ok downloaded all, seems MU was messed up for a while. Sorry for the panic :P

This MEGAlite rom works great. The only samsung app that isn't working is the camera app. If some has a working camera app for this rom it would be great :D

daskalos i think the sms cab is not updated.. it doesn't look like the one from jc2..

do any of you have sleeping beaty problem with this rom? (Does not wake up when the lock button is pressed while WIFI is on)

if not, can you tell me what CSC are you using becouse I think that could be the reason for that problem

. I am having that problem with most roms even after a fresh start ( hard reset) thanks in advance for the info.

A lot of respect for you! In the full rom i've only find a little bug and want to share it with you :D

The ? on the keyboard gives a /.

And it's told you earlier in the topic that sometimes when you push the standby button that the screen lights up after 2-4 minutes :P

Important Note: Though this Megalite ROM is stable and ready for normal pda/phone use,I suggest that you must not flash this yet as I'm not finished updating the Samsung Cabs. Some apps from the 23549 thread may work, others may not. So wait patiently :P

But if you use third party apps and not much Samsung Apps, it's ok to flash this ROM :D

I downloaded the other cabs and installed the samsung settings, keypad, phonepad, office 2010, camera. I installed them on my storage rather than device. After installing camera, it asked reboot and it worked fine. Later, I was trying to use the samsung settings and it wouldn't work. I reset my phone and it didn't boot!! after the samsung screen cleared I was presented with blank screen.

I am now reflashing the full rom, can you investigate this? do the settings and other cabs have to be installed on device only?

forgot to say, I have never done a hard reset on my device. I had the full rom JC2 based installed on this before that.

1. First Install samsung settings from 23549

2. Install new samsung setting by Daskalos for the megalite (1st post)

3. Soft re-set

how i can have the italian language? if i go in language setup and select italian the phone restart and come back to a italian JC2 6.5

how i can change the key layout?? i haven't "?" in nobody letter!! have i change the CSC part to resolve this problem??

when the phone with the wifi-on go to sleep i don't resume if a don't make a soft-reset, please i don't understand the Samsung mode manager...what is it?

hey all,

i need a favor. i have installed daskalos 6.5.5 rom...but my keys are not working properly...i mean i cant use the ? and the special symbols, its garbled.

i know this is a problem with the csc file. i have tried il2, il4, ik4 csc but still i am not able to get it to work.

i have an indian b7610...probably it had b7610xxij2 csc, can anyone help me out with this...i searched for the forum but couldnt find it.

guys from india, which csc version u had when u bought the phone....my phone part says its b7610nxxij4. and i forgot to note my csc...please dont tell me that i had screwed up :P
