Dash 3G email downloading error

Hello all,

I have a T-Moble Dash 3G set up to down load my Yahoo email once every 5 minutes, and to download the last 7 days only. But, I have seen that every once in a while it will download every sinlge email (thousands)I have in the account years back! It will correct itself every now and then, but it happnes pretty often. I have reviewed the settings to see what I am soing wrong but, the settigns seem to be correct...

...why is is downloading thousands of old emails that are much older than the device is set up to download.
