GPRS - problem with uplink.

hi,

I am having some problems with the uplink on a GPRS connection.

I have written an application that sends and receives UDP data over a GPRS connection.

most of the data is on the Downlink (from server to SPV client), in addition the application sends one datagram every few seconds to the server.

the problem i am facing is that the uplink data does not arrive to the server, as long as data is still being sent from the server.

the uplink data does arrive immediately after the server stops sending - without any data loss.

(it seems that the uplink has a lower priority than the downlink)

I ran the same software on different devices (nokia 7650 ...) without encountering this.

also I am sure that the data is stored on the phone itself before it is sent (shutting off the phone and the uplink data does not arrive) and not on some other buffer on the network.

can anyone help me explain this? does any one know a way to configure the GPRS connection parameters. (uplink priority...)
