I have just installe r2, and now my Desire didn't start up. it stays in HTC (the first that appears in green words) and nothing do...

What happened?

I did it and still the same...

I'm using a2sd+ and yes, is the first time

Then A2SD is probably your problem. Partition your SD card as FAT32 then EXT3, and try again.

Or, just take out your SD card. :)

I take out the sd and now works...

I have restart the desire with the SD inside, and now it starts up! ;)

Can someone answer my query? I cooked a ROM with the radio update but this wasn't applied upon flashing the ROM - any reason for this?

Not sure... did it do the 'radio flashing' process at the end of the update zip install?

Trying to work out the best way to odex this before making the pre-bakes available. Slightly complex due to the 'alignment' of the Desire and N1 ROMs (they are actually baked from the same kitchen!)

Paul, might just bake another ROM incase something didn't go through - don't remember seeing a radio flash part when going on so may have missed it last time!! If I flash again do I have to setup my SD card for A2SD again or does it just work?

No problems with r3 apart from:-

HTC IME installed to /system partition•This option includes modified HTC IME input method by jonasl (version 18). Not getting the modified one just the standard Desire and Android keyboards.

I just baked r3 with all the options.. update was succesfull... but after "htc quietly brilliant" it gets stuck. And I will reboot again..

What could be wrong?

gnue; it doesnt get stuck .... jsut takes a LONG time

guess ur using a2sd+ which meand the odexing process (which takes forever anyway) now has to write to SD not internal storage...

took me 10 mins to boot first time
