[How to] auto disconnect data connection

Hello to all...

can someone tell me how to stop the data connection automatically after some time?For example: 3minutes?

is there an application for this?

it's there in settings, goto wireless manager, select Menu->Data Connection settings, select No Packet for 2 mins, 5 mins, 10 mins. this is in JC2 based ROMS in older the navigation to Data connection settings might vary.

thanks to all...i've resolved with Freezy1982 registry key modifications but i'll try darthveda solution!!

I'm glad, that i could help you.

Please check, if the disconnect is safe. In the german thread it is noted, that it could stay connected in some cases..

do a google search for "Modaco NODATA" "nodatainroaming" or "dialup enabler disabler"

they all install using a cab file and you can easyly change weather or not to have the GPRS enable
